Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment.

• Custom wetsuits may require additional processing time, typically 4-8 weeks depending on design and production queue.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Moon Wetsuits is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, duties, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• If your order is lost or stolen after being marked as “delivered,” Moon Wetsuits is not responsible. We recommend reaching out to the carrier directly.

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at moonwetsuits@gmail.com with photos of the package and item(s) to assist with a claim.

Returns & Exchanges

Please review our Refund Policy for details on returning or exchanging items. Note that custom wetsuits are final sale and cannot be returned.
